Go East

Funny how a city can change : for 20 years, everyone in Berlin wanted to leave East Berlin, walk through what was left from the wall and find eldorado in West Berlin before It's too late, with all problems that come within : find a job, a place to live, being able to adpate yourself with new laws, meaning make your own life but you are on your own now. Lately this west Berlin's eldorado seems old as everyone wants to be a part of the East Berlin's evolution. I even start to see in my neighborhood cars from Denmark and Sweden. 20 people stands in the rain in front of building doors to visit a flat to rent it. I am happy for Berlin, the city needs the money but in a w ay yet the city is loosing Its heart, what makes Berlin popular : Its alternativity. Things are becoming standard and I am afraid It will be boring.
